衡量盐水机组蒸发器的指标有哪几个?

一、啥是蒸腾器?
First, what is the transpiration device?
蒸腾器是盐水机组制冷系统的四大部件之一,是专门供给液态制冷剂在其间欢腾蒸腾的部件或者设备。因为蒸腾是一个吸热过程,因而蒸腾器是盐水机组制冷系统制冷才能和效果的终究表现,包含家用空调的室内机,它的首要部件即是蒸腾器。实际上,根据被冷却对象是空气或液体,因而蒸腾器被俗称为空气冷却器或液体冷却器。

二、衡量蒸腾器的首要目标有哪几个?

衡量盐水机组蒸腾器的首要目标是传热系数和传热面。为了进步蒸腾器的功率,首先应进步它的传热系数。那么进步传热系数的要害则在于改进制冷剂与传热管壁之间的对流换热。
The primary objective of measuring the transpiration rate of the brine unit is the heat transfer coefficient and the heat transfer surface. In order to improve the power of the transpiration, the heat transfer coefficient should be improved. The key to improve the heat transfer coefficient is to improve the convective heat transfer between the refrigerant and the heat transfer tube wall.
因为制冷剂欢腾时的外表传热系数远远大于蒸气与管壁间的传热系数,所以蒸腾器中液体与管壁的接触面要大,并要将欢腾时发生的蒸气迅速排走。实际上,进步传热系数是比较艰难的。
Because the surface heat transfer coefficient of the refrigerant is much larger than the heat transfer coefficient between the steam and the pipe wall, the contact surface between the liquid and the pipe wall of the condenser is large, and the steam which occurs when the steam is quickly discharged. In fact, it is difficult to improve the heat transfer coefficient.
在传热系数一守时,换热面的大小决定了蒸腾器的蒸腾才能。添加传热管的数量、选用肋片管(翅片管)都可以有效增大传热面,这是进步蒸腾才能的多见办法。
When the heat transfer coefficient is punctual, the size of the heat exchange surface determines the transpiration ability. Add the number of heat transfer tubes, the use of ribbed tube (finned tube) can effectively increase the heat transfer surface, which is the most important way to improve transpiration.
